    For me the biggest achievement has been dropping inches and weight while building endurance and core strength. When I started at Pro-Fit I thought I was in pretty good shape but after the first physical assessment I realized that I wasn’t in as good of shape as I thought.     The workouts also can be tailored to anybody from newbie to expert depending on your fitness level. It is a nice way to see yourself evolve over time. The trainers at Pro-Fit have a wealth of knowledge and help motivate you throughout the your workout. They also help you learn the workouts and proper technique especially if you are first starting out to help avoid injuries.

    My biggest achievement since my start at Pro-Fit has been the Fit Body Transformation program where I lost 13 pounds and 12 inches, down 2% body fat and lost 8% of my relative body weight in 9 weeks.     The supportive, fun atmosphere from not only the trainers but members as well. The variety of workouts and how there is something different to do everyday.
