Overview: Ultimate Program For Accountability. Weekly: weigh-ins, team competition board updates and points for member compliancy. This program is designed to encourage positive behavior and follow a sustainable nutritional program that promotes high metabolic calorie burning.
This program is for the individual looking to trim down and tone up, all the while significantly improving their strength. It is not uncommon for individuals to lose up to 3-6 percent body fat. Many have lost over 20 pounds, and thats just the start to their success story! Expect toner arms, trimmer waist and hips, and maybe even some more ab visibility!
Participants significantly increase their fitness level and develop a stronger, leaner physique with this program. Skilled fitness coaches, alongside (PN) nutritional experts, add a 1-2 punch to this program. Participants receive an individualized strategy for reaching their program goal. Once identified, Pro-Fit coaches help each participant accelerate their success by focusing on bettering daily habits.
