Classes x3/weekly: 5:30am-6:15am OR 9:15am-10am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
For anyone looking to increase energy, be more active and prolong their life. This class builds in a nutritional program, PLUS focuses on all the basics to build a solid foundation for Pro-Fit Classes. Each day focuses on the proper technique of 2 or 3 foundational exercises, followed by a high intensity interval workout to finish with a good sweat. This class utilizes bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and select barbell exercises. Recommended for all ages and beginner/intermediate levels to maximize the results from your workouts.
