CrossFit Elements Class
Saturdays @ 9-10am (Beginning May 5th)
For new athletes looking to start high-intensity training, this class focuses on all the basics to build a solid foundation for CrossFit Classes. Each Saturday focuses on the proper technique of 2 or 3 foundational exercises, followed by a high intensity interval workout to finish with a good sweat. This class utilizes bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and select barbell exercises. Recommended for all ages and fitness levels to maximize the results from your workouts.
