Fitness at Pro-Fit Gym consists of 6 or 12 months, ranging in 2-6 sessions per week. Most of our clients train with us long term, knowing there is no such thing as a "quick fix".
We GUARANTEE RESULTS, but it takes a lot of hard work on your part. If you are ready to push your body and mind to new limits and you are looking for a community that will support you on your path to fitness, Pro-Fit Gym is the right place for you!
We believe in a holistic approach to training. In addition to working hard while you are at the gym, we will teach you: how to eat properly, proper recovery methods, and other best practices to improve your performance and get the results you have always wanted but never achieved.

At Pro-Fit Gym, we offer memberships for 6 or 12 months. All memberships are unlimited, meaning you can come to whichever class works for you during the day.
If you are dropping in, punch cards are available or the drop-in rate is $15.
In addition, we offer specialized training methods/affiliations to accommodate individuals preparing for the CrossFit Games, Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, or Warrior Dash.
The process of becoming a member at Pro-Fit Gym is simple.
