The supportive, fun atmosphere from not only the trainers but members as well. The variety of workouts and how there is something different to do everyday. I love being challenged to go outside my comfort zone and even though we are working hard, we are having a great time. I have made some great new friendships and there are fabulous, supportive people always there cheering you on.

If you want to feel better, look better and get stronger, sign up and “go for it!” Take advantage of all the people there that give 110% to help you achieve your goals. The trainers and the members are a huge part of being successful. Once you start going, you won’t want to stop! Most importantly, have fun and get healthy!

Since starting Pro-Fit I have noticed an increased level of general endurance for every physical test that I put my body through. From running, to rugby, to bike rides, I feel an increased amount of stamina and strength. I have defined muscles that I didn't even know existed! I also never thought I would be capable of doing as many unassisted pull-ups as I am now able to do! -- Emily Northup

I would tell people that the program works if you put in the effort. I would also advise not to burn yourself out in the first month, but once you get past the first month you’ll become addicted. I can’t thank Aaron and the 5:15 am group enough.

I love Pro-Fit for me as it has helped me grow in so many ways. I am more confident doing things that I never thought I was capable of doing. I have managed to meet my goals that I set and gain a confidence about myself that I never thought possible.

For me the biggest achievement has been dropping inches and weight while building endurance and core strength. When I started at Pro-Fit I thought I was in pretty good shape but after the first physical assessment I realized that I wasn’t in as good of shape as I thought. It was a big personal eye opening moment for me.

The workouts also can be tailored to anybody from newbie to expert depending on your fitness level. It is a nice way to see yourself evolve over time. The trainers at Pro-Fit have a wealth of knowledge and help motivate you throughout the your workout. They also help you learn the workouts and proper technique especially if you are first starting out to help avoid injuries.

My biggest achievement since my start at Pro-Fit has been the Fit Body Transformation program where I lost 13 pounds and 12 inches, down 2% body fat and lost 8% of my relative body weight in 9 weeks. I have also noticed an improvement in endurance during my runs and have shaved seconds off my 5K times.
