Beginner FIT Camp

Classes x3/weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 5:30am-6:15am, or 6:15am-7am (Yoga Included)
Increase energy, be more active and prolong your life. Each workout involves full body movements to build your strength and conditioning, as well as good nutritional habits to refuel and recover your body. Led by an experienced coach, this class incorporates bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and select barbell exercises to help you become your best self.
