In addition to my 6 workouts (WOD) each week, my goal was to include Hot Yoga 1x week. I'm now up to 4 Hot Yoga sessions per week. The instructors are great and will challenge you, no matter your level.

    My biggest achievement since my start at Pro-Fit has been the Fit Body Transformation program where I lost 13 pounds and 12 inches, down 2% body fat and lost 8% of my relative body weight in 9 weeks.
