This program is volleyball-specific to enhance power for hitting and jumping while decreasing the likelihood of on-court injuries. As athletes learn and progress in reaching their milestones, so does their training program to continue to engage and progress their abilities. Like martial arts, as an athlete reaches their milestones, they are promoted and awarded a new t-shirt color.
when do programs start?
Athletes can start anytime in December or January.

Twice Weekly: Mon, Wed, or Thurs @ 4:45 PM or 5:45 PM
