Getting started in CrossFit can be intimidating. Maybe you’ve been out of the training game for a while or don’t have many years of training background. There’s never been a better time to get started! This NEW small group is a coach-guided class aimed to learn foundational crossfit movements and better your fitness level to get you ready for our big room classes. Our experienced coach will motivate, teach and guide you to improve your crossfit skills, strength and endurance.
Next Session is: March 24 – April 16th
This 4-week class is limited to 6 participants and is offered x1/monthly. Sessions are Tuesday & Thursday from 5:45-6:30am.

5 Class Pass = $50
*Passes can be used for CrossFit, Cycling or Yoga. Expires at end of session.
