The Program
Most people who walk through our door are in their 30s, 40s, or 50s. Life got busy, training got inconsistent, and they want more than a room full of equipment — they want to be supported, guided, and held accountable. That's the program.
The new member is the hero
You don't need to be in shape to start — starting is how you get in shape. From your first class, a coach scales every workout to where you are today, tracks where you're headed, and notices when you don't show up. At Pro-Fit you gain a program that works and a gym truly invested in helping you achieve your goals.
What actually happens
Members lose body fat and weight — plenty have lost 20 pounds, and a few have lost over 100. Everyone gets stronger and more confident, and the everyday wins add up: clothes that fit better, stairs that don't wind you, energy that lasts the whole day.
Don't believe us? Try it yourself — your first week is free.

"A lifelong runner who had literally never been in a gym, I was a bit apprehensive about joining. It was clear right from the first class that I found a supportive community… I started going almost 3 years ago after turning 50, and I've gotten a LOT stronger and improved my overall fitness."
The method
Our programming comes from CompTrain — the system built by Ben Bergeron, coach of six CrossFit world champions. We pay for it because programming is too important to improvise, and the same system that develops champions scales down honestly to your first week back.
Strength, conditioning, and mobility are built into a single program — not separate tracks with contradictory goals. Conditioning isn't a bolt-on day here; it's part of how every training week is designed.
Workouts follow deliberate cycles that build on each other, so you're always training toward something — never grinding through random workouts that go nowhere.
The program is designed to build durability and remove injury setbacks — sustainable strength and improving fitness, without the setbacks that end most comeback attempts.
Small by design
Classes here are typically 8–12 people and never more than 16. We value our coaches' instruction and genuine interaction, and neither survives a class of twenty-plus — at that size, one of two things happens: people get hurt, or the programming gets watered down until it can't produce sustainable progress.
Coached, not supervised
Small classes mean your coach actually coaches: fixing positions, choosing your loads, and knowing the difference between a hard day and a wrong movement. It's the difference between working out near a trainer and training with one.
The Warrior Map™
Progress at Pro-Fit isn't a feeling — it's mapped. The Warrior Map™ charts your path through our functional training standards, and every milestone on it is awarded when you earn it. Five ranks mark the journey, and each one comes with its shirt — worn by the people who earned it, never sold.
"What am I working toward?" always has an answer. Your next milestone is named, defined, and on the map before you start chasing it.
Your coaches program the road from where you are today to your next award — and they're watching when you arrive.
The payoff reaches far beyond the badge: with consistent training you feel stronger, move better, and carry fewer everyday aches and pains — in body and mind.
One hour, well spent
Every session starts with deliberate prep for the day's work — the part visiting physical therapists write reviews about.
The day's focus, taught and coached — with loads chosen for you, not copied off the whiteboard.
The conditioning piece — your strength put to work, scaled to you, alongside people who'll cheer you through the last rep.
